Introducing the Repair Request Builder from HouseCo Home Inspection Services
Here's How it Works
Click
From my HTML report, click on View Report, then Report Summary.
Select
Select the recommendations you want to include in the repair request by clicking the Clipboard icon to the right of each defect item. Then, open the Repair Request Builder to add the Requested Credit amount and/or any Additional Comments.
Preview
Click Share, AI Draft Language, or Generate PDF to edit or share the repair request. The running total of all requested credits will appear in the bottom-right corner of the Repair Request Builder.
Create
Click Share Via or Generate PDF to share the completed repair request with the seller’s representative.
